We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard,and Discover. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number. Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order.

Shipping Policy
Your purchases will be shipped as soon as possible, typically within 3 business days of purchase. Shipment by Media Mail (the default) can take up to 4 weeks for delivery within North America. If quicker delivery is required, choose a faster shipping method and request expedited delivery in your order. For orders outside the United States, additional shipping and handling fees may apply.

Returns
You may return unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund, minus shipping charges and a 3% restocking fee. Downloadable files cannot be returned for a refund. If you have trouble with your download, please contact the office.
